X-Ray / MRI / CAT SCAN
Our office is currently affiliated with Illinois Masonic Hospital. Patents who require x-rays are seen at the hospital where the films are put on to a cd when they leave. Diversey Health Center receives a fax of the patient's report from the reading radiologists on staff. This is an advantage for the patient because they have a trained radiologist reading their films and they may have a copy of their cd for their records. No appointment is necassary, Diversey Health Center provides the patient with all the paperwork needed.
